Disputes with consumers can be brought before the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA), Endla 10A, 10122 Tallinn, Estonia, ttja.ee. We take part in its proceedings, which are free of charge for consumers.
