30-day returns

You can return any unused item within 30 days of the day it was delivered, for any reason. We refund the price and the original shipping cost to the payment method you used.

How to return a throw

• Email us at support@lyhome.me with your order number. We will reply with the address of the warehouse to send it to.
• Please use the original packaging if you can.
• You pay the cost of shipping the item back. If the item arrived wrong or damaged, we pay for the return.
• We usually refund within 7 days of receiving the item back.
